Thank you for requesting an appointment with TenderCare Veterinary Medical Center. We look forward to meeting all of your veterinary needs. Please remember that your appointment is not final until you receive confirmation from our staff.

Please note: You may be required to sign release forms in our office, as well as provide us with a copy of your pet's vaccination certificates. No reservations are final until you receive confirmation from our staff.

Boarding Policies:
Vaccination Requirements
For your pet’s protection, all vaccines must be current. We require written proof or phone confirmation from your veterinarian of vaccinations. Dogs must be vaccinated for Rabies, DA2PP+C, and Bordetella. Cats must be vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP. Please note that many vaccines do not take affect for 10-14 days, so be sure your pet is vaccinated before boarding for optimal wellness. Your pet also must be free of internal and external parasites. TenderCare does not board puppies and kittens younger than 4 months old or without full vaccination. Bordetella must be current within 6 months.
